On 9th January 2015, SDC convened its 2014 annual review meeting in Shaoxing with the presence of General Manager Tian Jianbiao, managers from Shaoxing and Shenzhen. Mr. TIan delivered a speech on the achievements of each product line and defined the objectives of SDC in 2015, reviewing the past and looking forward to the future.
At the meeting, leaders from marketing, R&D, QC and other departments made annual report, summarizing the highlights and shortcomings of 2014, analyzing the opportunities and challenges brought out by the new situation.
Mr. Tian commented on each department¡¯s performance and affirmed that company¡¯s goal established last year had been mostly achieved with the improvement of sales ability, internal procedure management, adjusting of researching team, production cost, increasing OTD rate and Quality Control consciousness. At the same time, Mr. Tian pointed out the problems and required all departments to make progress. SDC will continue to improve the core concepts and update product line and seize the opportunity to achieve further innovation of the company in 2015.
