Accompanied with leaders from high-tech zone, Deputy Minister of Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee Organization Department, Director of the Office of Human Social Security Wu Shunjiang visited SDC on 15th October, 2014. General Manager of SDC, Mr. Tian Jianbiao and General Manager's Office Director Zhu Gaofeng gave warm reception for their visit.
After Mr. Wu Shunjiang and his party arrived at SDC¡¯s headquarters, he shook hands and exchanged greetings with SDC¡¯s leaders in front of the building. Then under the company of SDC¡¯s leaders, Mr Wu came to the culture¡¯s conference room and listened with great interest about company¡¯s core products, technical innovation, as well as talent demand.
While listening, Mr. Wu frequently raised questions like ¡°how many employees do you have?¡±,¡±What are the difficulties while introducing talents?¡±,¡±What our government can do for your company?¡± Mr. Wu carefully learned SDC¡¯s technical advantages and highly praised company's focus on technological innovation and talent construction. At the forum, Director Wu and General Manager TIan launched a cordial conversation, exchanging methods on how to attract talents.
When comes to future development, Mr. Wu confirmed Tian¡¯s plan and noted that company can bring in talents overseas to participate in the development. To improve talent management mechanism, we can give full play to postdoctoral role of promoting technological innovation. Meanwhile, Wu Shunjiang also asked provincial human resources service center to provide high-level talent information to promote talent building. |
